Therefore, if you have a concern with the cover you purchased, please call 1-800-567-7767 for a exchange authorization number. We offer exchanges up to 15 days from when the cover is received. (Of course it must be clean and in like-new condition) A cover being exchanged must have the exchange authorization number on the outside of the shipping package. It must be prepaid with the adequate insurance against loss. A nominal $30 handling fee will apply. We do not accept straight returns.
