How long before I get the cover I ordered?
In most cases, the product you order will be in stock and you will receive it in the time it takes UPS to ground ship it from Detroit, MI. If your order is not in stock or we have to cut a new pattern and manufacture your cover, the delivery time could be one to two weeks.

Can you ship overseas?
No. At this time Canvas2Cover can only ship orders within North America.

Can I use a PO Box?
No. Courier companies insist on a physical street address.

I want a boat cover, but can’t find my boat listed?
Simply find your boat's style in one of the pictures/descriptions under Boat Styles. Then look for the length and beam that matches your boat.

What if I prefer to order through a salesperson?

What’s the cover difference between “custom” and a “semi-custom”?
A custom cover is measured and made for a specific model and offered by the boat manufacturer as well as us. They often come with 'female' dome snaps installed, matched to 'male' dome snaps drilled into your boat. A semi-custom cover is designed to fit a certain style, length and beam of boat. This may include different models and manufacturers but will still provide an excellent fit.

Can I trailer my boat with the cover on?
Yes - - but to prevent abrasion damage to your boat and ensure the long life of your cover care must be taken to properly secure your cover to the trailer. Make sure to pay special attention to any sharp edges when securing your cover to the trailer. If needed use the reinforcement kit included with your cover to reinforce these high-wear areas. If needed, additional reinforcement kits can be purchased through Canvas2Cover.com.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We currently accept VISA, and MasterCard. Prices shown are in US funds. Your statement will show as “We Rate Fun Stuff”, our parent company.

Can I order if I live in Canada?
Yes! When you get to the checkout, and type in a Canadian address, applicable tax, duty and brokerage charges will be added to your order. The total will be charged to your credit card in US funds, and your respective credit card company will process it at the current exchange rate.

Do you sell anything other than covers?

Are natural or synthetic materials best for a boat cover?
This depends on your specific needs. Natural materials tend to be more breathable. This can help prevent mold and rot. However they also tend to be less water-resistant and durable. Synthetic materials tend to be more water resistant and durable; however, they also tend to be less breathable. For more information, see our materials rating chart.

Do I need cover supports? What types do you sell?
Again this depends on your boat and your specific needs. Supports of various types can help create a flow so water runs properly off your cover and doesn’t pool. They can also provide support if the boat and boat cover will be weighed down by snow. We sell various, easy to use, supports that you can check out on our accessories page.

Can you customize a cover just for me? Can I place a special order?
No. But you can purchase a custom or semi-custom cover from us, and take it to a local cover shop for specific alterations. This is almost always cheaper than ordering a full custom cover from a small cover tailor.

I want to add a Bimini top to my boat. Is a storage boot included?
Yes. All our Bimini tops come with a canvas “boot” that protects your top when it is down.
